Last Light - 14 x 11 - Oils
It was the quality of light that inspired me to paint this. Golden hour inherently produces the best lighting, but it can be difficult to capture in the city. Here the streets are in the shade, and the shadows creep up the buildings as they try to hold onto the last light of the day.
